We lead the market in obtaining, renewing, and modifying import and export permits before the Ministry of Energy (SENER). We achieve:

• Obtaining permits for transportation, storage, marketing, and import/export of oil, petrochemicals, petroleum products, and, where applicable, products related to lubricants.
• Designing and implementing the first legal crude oil export scheme by a private company.
• Advising on subsequent compliance: periodic reports, reviews in VUCEM, and inspection visits.

Additionally, we provide assistance in the design and negotiation of contracts with third parties, such as charter contracts; contractual frameworks for storage terminals, shipping companies, marketers, and service stations.
